Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch without charges.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect found during installation
- Product damaged before installation (with evidence)
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized RO plants
- Industrial RO plants once production starts
- Installation charges
- Site visit charges
- AMC payments
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
How to Request Refund
Email us at info@cloudaquaroplant.com with:
- Order ID
- Name
- Reason for refund
- Photo/Video proof (if applicable)
